Reservations & Payments

Reservations and payments are handled by Albatros agency. 

For conference fees and accomodation rates see Accomodation and Conference Fee page. 

Payment methods

• Bank transfer (preferred method).
• Credit card (by printing and filling out forms and faxing them to Albatros agency).

Regardless of the payment method all participants are required to fill out the following online form.

Reservations & Payments

After filling out the online form you will receive an e-mail confirming your reservation and containing the total amount to be paid.

Payment by using credit card

Albatros agency also provides alternative way of payment by printing the two forms below, filling them out and faxing them to Albatros agency. This method enables you to carry out the payment using your credit card.
